Ramadhan Recipe: Ikan Patin Bakar Tempoyak for 10 persons


Ingredients:

• 1 Ikan Patin
• 200gm Tempoyak
• 0.50gm Chilli bird
• 3 Stalk Lemon grass blend
• 0.20gm Tumeric
• 100gm shallot
• 0.60gm Coconut milk
• Banana leaf
• Salt as per taste
  
Preparation:

• Clean fish well.
• Mix blended items with coconut and durian paste.
• Marinate the fish, wrap with banana leaf and grill using a panini press for best taste.
