DIY Healthy Recipe with Kordel’s Active Oat 35™

Well, Dino has shared three of his DIY Healthy Recipe using Kordel’s Active Oat 35 Launch. It’s healthy, fast and at the same time tasty also. Every recipe takes almost 10 minutes to prepare.

I personally had tried the Papaya Milk recipe at home for several times. This drink is tasty and smooth with added Kordel’s Active Oat 35™. I find that it also quite filling as I don’t get hungry so fast and it really helps my digestions and my skin condition. Hope you can try out the recipe and enjoy.


Papaya Oatmilk

Energizing Popye Oatmilk (180kcal) ~ Papaya Oatmilk
Ingredients:
200g papaya
300ml low fat milk
¼ lemon
Honey
Molasses sugar
1 scoop Kordel’s Active Oat 35™ (Premix with water)
Ice cube

DIY (10min):
Cut papaya in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Using a spoon, scoop out the meat of the papaya and put into the bottom of blender. Then add enough ice to fill the remainder of the blender. Add remainder ingredients and Kordel’s Active Oat 35™ premix, blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed.

Wellness Effects:
Improve on constipation, whitening, energy booster, blood purifier, firming effect and recovering damaged skin from UV.


Mashed Potatoes

Heavenly Sponge Bob (240kcal) ~ Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
800g Potatoes
40g butter
10g garlic
50ml low fat milk
1 scoop Kordel’s Active Oat 35™ (Premix with milk)
1 slice of cheese
1 egg
Parmesan cheese
Pepper
Salt
Molasses sugar
Seaweed

DIY (30min):
Peel potatoes, cut into chunks, rinse, and steam with boiling water until it is soft and smooth.
Drain and allow potatoes to dry and cold.
In a large bowl, mash the potaoes with butter, salt, pepper, cheese. Mix in milk and Kordel’s Active Oat 35™ premix. Stir well and serve.

Multi Grains Nutri Meal

Hawaii Five-Os (250kcal) ~ Multi Grains Nutri Meal
Ingredients:
5 grains (Ratio 1:1:1:1:1):
10g brown rice
10g black rice
10g millet
10g Japonica rice
10g Alpine red rice
10g walnut
600ml Hot boiled water
25g Molasses sugar



Toppings:
1 scoop Kordel’s Active Oat 35™ (Premix with Yogurt)
Organic raisin
Organic Prunes
Dried Cranberries
Kiwi

DIY (10min):
Wash mixed grains.
Add mixed grains, walnut and molasses sugar into the blender.
Add 600ml hot boiled water into the blender (heat resistance).
Blend 4 times with the auto mode (depends on the machine).
Pour into a bowl, add on the toppings.
Add Kordel’s Active Oat 35™ premix on top and serve.

Low in calories, complete meal replacement, lower down cholesterol level, nourishes the skin, removes wrinkles, improve symptoms of constipation, slimming, prevent CVD and anti-aging.

  1. Started to consume this thing for almost a week now, with "tasteless" kinda way. I will definitely try this later.

    Question, do you experience any stomach weirdness when consuming this oat?
