Although not a machine, having dumbbells around is great if you want to exercise but cannot find time to devote to that. With your hands-free and the right speed, you can even make phone calls or write reports. Some treadmills are even able to download applications or listen to recordings.

Stationary bike

A stationary bike is another piece of equipment that you could easily incorporate into your daily life, even if it is extremely busy. Just like an elliptical, you can even purchase an attachment for your desk to use it as a bike, instead of having a full-on stationary bike. Also, you might want to look into under desk bikes or desk pedals.

No matter how busy you think you are, you can always find a way to make time for your daily exercise. It is very important to do so if you do not want your busy life to take a toll on your body because that’s when you would regret not having taken care of your fitness and well-being.
