Prepare In Advance
Something that can often cause a lot of stress is leaving a lot of the planning and preparation to the last moment. Although nine months might sound like a long time, the truth is it will go fairly quickly, and before you know it, you might be heavily pregnant and still having to choose which crib to buy and make sure you have enough diapers and clothing for the first few months or at least weeks.

Overdoing exercise in pregnancy will undo all the good as it is unhealthy.
