AOYAMA is a non traditional Japanese restaurant tucked in a hussle bussle street of Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. In AOYAMA you can savors lots of Fusion food cross-over between European, Japanese n Asian not forgetting the authentic Japanese dishes you can special request and order in advance. AOYAMA is a place in Tokyo, Japan and it means The Green Room.

AOYAMA Yee Sang RM138

AOYAMA Yee Sang RM138. The whole combination of AOYAMA Yee Sang ingredients especially the Wasabi Roe tossed with the 6 types of sauces makes it the best Yee Sang that I have tasted this year. Apart from the fresh ingredients the sauces of the Yee Sang makes a difference. AOYAMA Yee Sang consists of Wasabi Roe, Ebiko, Ama Ebi Sashimi, Bonito Flakes, Baby Squid, Salmon, Jelly Fish, White Fish, Pamelo, Orange, Crabstick Meat, Tempura Crumbs, Chicken Floss, Grould Peanuts, Slices of Red Ginger, Sesame Seeds and Two types of Japanese pickled vegetables.

Duck Foie Gras min. RM48

Duck Foie Gras minimum RM48. Japanese Fushion Duck Foie Gras (goose liver) that comes with running Quail Eggs, White Radish, Mushrooms, Carrots and Asparagus. Though I am not a very big fans of foie gras but I find this dish quite appealing, the foie gras to eat together with the white radish gives a buttery like liver pate.

Lamb Burger RM22

Lamb Burger RM22. Another sizzling, this is the Lam Burger. Pour the egg over to cooked on the hot plate, let it sizzle for about 3 minutes and it ready to eat. This Lamb Burger is tender and the egg makes it smoother. Sunshine has a little lamb, little lamb, little lamb :0

Salmon Belly Soup RM20

Salmon Belly Soup RM20. This hearty clear Salmon Belly Soup is slow braised for 4 hours. The sweetness came from not only the Salmon Belly but also other ingredients such as Fresh Oysters, Ling Zhi Mushroom, Enoki Mushroom and Tofu. 

Oki Ebi Teppanyaki with Chawan Mushi min. RM48

Oki Ebi Teppanyaki with Chawan Mushi minimun RM48 (depends on the seasonal price and weight of the prawn). Here comes the Grilled Big Head Prawn jeng jeng jeng. The prawn head is so big and its soak in Chawan Mushi with Snow Flake Salt on the side. This dish it worth coming back for after you eat sure laugh haha. The Chawan Mushi is so rich and top with the prawn roe, sinfully but truly satisfying for prawn lovers. Guess who gets the prawn head, nobody but me hahaha…

You can also order these sushi ala carte, Dragon Maki RM29 per order (cut into 6 pieces), Garden Sushi RM11 per piece, Salmon Belly Tataki Sushi RM9 per piece and Mango Maki RM28 per order (cut into 6 pieces).
