or steamboat as much as I do? Well, one of my family's favorite dishes during our
weekend gathering at home is hotpot or steamboat. This round I ordered Xiao
Long Kan Hotpot and get it delivered to my home and chose their tomato and mushroom
soup base because my parents aren’t able to eat too spicy. Usually, I would go
for their signature mala or traditional spicy soup base (经典红锅).

of soup base to choose from – Traditional Spicy Soup (经典红锅), Mushroom soup, Tomato Soup, and Pork Bone Soup. You can
choose between a spicy pot, non-spicy pot, or a split pot so that you can have two
types of soup base.
