Barclays Premier League at Old Trafford

The blockbuster match shown in vivid HD on a giant screen with surround sound, captivated the fans, who witnessed Manchester United’s Robin Van Persie score the opener against his old club with just three minutes into the match. Manchester United were looking to go 2-0 before the break when Arsenal’s Santi Cazorla handled the ball inside the box; however, Wayne Rooney missed from the spot. United then doubled their lead midway through the second half with a rare Patrice Evra goal. Arsenal got a consolation goal deep into injury time through a stunning strike by Santi Cazorla. The Manchester United fans certainly made their presence felt by loudly chanting their team to victory.

In addition to the Barclays Premier League, ESS also broadcasts some of the world’s biggest football tournaments in Malaysia, including the Spanish La Liga, UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup.
