The Largest Durian Buffet and Cultural Festival, 3rd Malaysia International Durian & Cultural Fest 2023 at Pavilion Bukit Jalil (Piazza Pavilion outdoor) with Minister of Tourism, Arts & Culture, Tourism Malaysia, Aaron Aziz, Amber Chia, Chan Fong. The yearly event known as Durian Day or DurianFest is one of the attractions for both locals and international tourists in line to promote Malaysia Durian and Culture to the world.

3rd Malaysia International Durian & Cultural Fest 2023 was officiated by Dato Dr Ammar abd Ghapar, Director General of Tourism Malaysia together with Brand Event Ambassador Dato Aaron Aziz, Amber Chia & Chan Fong along with the jointly organizer by both Malaysia companies DKing and LKE Musang Queen.

The welcome speech by Mr Leron Yee, Founder of DKing & Founder & Organizer of Malaysia International Durian & Cultural Fest 2023 begin his speech by thank you the Guest of Honor and all collaboration partners to making this event a successful one despite a hiccup of the postponement due to the unforseen black spot illness affect the durian this June 2023.

Today, it show the number of sponsors and partners making the worth of goodies bag from RM250 to RM600 for every people who purchase RM68 entrance fee for all you can eat quality durian (no kampung durian) offering  D101, D24, Red Prawn, Butter King and high quality Musang King is sold individual pack of 300gram for special RM45 during this event. 

Not missing every slot of durian buffet, there will be lucky draws giving away to customers. While customers enjoy the durian buffet, they can enjoy local artiste performance as well customers can sing to win Musang King every hour. So customers can really enjoy the quality of durian and amazing performance and will be served by Brand Event Ambassador Dato Aaron Aziz, Amber Chia & Chan Fong.

The Guest of Honor, Dato Dr Ammar abd Ghapar- Director General of Tourism Malaysia shared that Tourism Malaysia hopes this kind of positive event and activities will continue every year. This year, Malaysia's targetting 16.1 million international tourist arrivals and generated RM49 hit in receipt Rm49.2 Bil in Receipt hoping through this event will benefit Malaysia Economy not just Malaysia Durian along but FnB, Hotel and Shopping will also benefit with more oversea tourist visit Malaysia.

This year the event is successful attract over 3,000 local and 600 international durian lovers coming for the durian buffet and 1,200 joined durian fun run. This event is not about just eating durian but having healthy activities like Durian Fun Run and this Sunday, there is Family activities like kid talents and catwalk organized by MoveKids and few academy in promoting family bonding and culture future Malaysia talents. 

Not only that, strategic partner Melife leaded by Datin Seri Jekkie Chin in breaking new Malaysia Book of Records as well raise fund for charity is indeed a good activities to has along just eating durian. Tourism Malaysia hope this kind of positive event and activities will be continue every year. 

During the interview with media, fun fact the Dato Aaron Aziz and Amber Chia were chosen as Event Brand Ambassador is because they doesn’t eat durian become durian lover where the quality of durian is important key role.
