During the workshop, Kar Weng served two kinds of coffee (filtered coffee) the beans are from The Hub Coffee Roaster; one from Kenya and one from Columbia - single origin. Each coffee tells a story… let’s find out.

The Kenya coffee has fruity and floral aroma and distinctly bright taste with fruit and berries.

The second coffee he served were the Columbian coffee. It has chocolaty aroma, higher acidity, and bolder in terms of taste compared to Kenyan Coffee. Imagine dark fruits like plum.

I tried both and personally I prefer the Columbian coffee with stronger aroma and bolder taste. The best way to enjoy coffee is at it is, without sugar and milk.
