Executive Chef Taib Ridhwan, together with his team will showcase their contemporary take on the festive menus. The buffet line-up features refreshing appetisers, loaves of bread accompanied by a variety of infused butters, soups, dishes from the grill and chasseur pot, a carving station with creative side dishes and sauces, Asian favourites, and festive desserts.

Element Kuala Lumpur plays a part in supporting sustainability by increasing local sourcing. Its organic salad bar highlights produce that is grown by environmentally responsible growers. Furthermore, 90% of the ingredients in overall menus are locally produced and sourced.
