1. Consider Getting A Procedure

This type of surgery can correct your vision and make it easier for you to see clearly without the need for glasses or contacts. Before you consider laser eye surgery, make sure to do your research on the procedure and find a reputable eye doctor to perform the surgery. The procedure involves making small incisions in the cornea, so it is important to take all the necessary precautions. The aftercare is also quite comprehensive and includes wearing protective eyewear and using prescription eye drops.

2. Wear Protective Eyewear 

When engaging in activities that may cause harm to your eyes (such as playing sports or working with power tools), make sure to wear protective eyewear. You should also wear sunglasses when outdoors, as the sun’s UV rays can damage your eyes over time. For example, choose sunglasses that block 99 to 100 percent of both UVA and UVB rays.
