Goi Buoi Tom (Tien Giang)
Pomelo salad with prawns, carrots, bean sprouts, cucumber, chili, fragrant herbs, crushed peanuts, fish sauce with garlic chili dressing. I don’t mind having this salad by itself for my lunch and dinner because it’s so appetizing, light and refreshing. I love popping juicy pomelo it not only it helps to hydrate my body but this whole combination is just right plus I love the hint of mild spiciness.

Grilled seabass “La Vong” Style, this is one of the famous dish in Hanoi and now you don’t have to go all the way there. You can enjoy it here in Kuala Lumpur. The fragrant & flavourful marinaton of seabass with the herbs, greens and eat with Vietnamese dry vermicelli is simply delish, if you like spicy add a bit of chilli and the sauce to give the kick.
