It starts with you! Run for a Cause, turn your running journey more meaningful and fulfilling. Thousands pledge their support in aid of the charity partners under the umbrella of the Standard Chartered KL Marathon. The Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2013’s “Run for a Cause” charity programme provides a platform for you to help others who aren't as fortunate.

The Standard Chartered Foundation (SCF) a charitable arm of Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad. Over the past four years, more than RM2.4 million charity funds have been raised and distributed to help areas of cancer and children with special needs. Funds raised through the Marathon have given tremendous financial encouragement to the charity partners of Standard Chartered KL Marathon.

a)    EcoKnights is an organisation that deserves your helping hand. The association advocates national and international environmental programmes that promote sustainable development amongst industry players and communities.
b)   The National Autism Society Malaysia mission is to advocate for the rights of people with autism and in doing so, provides opportunities for children to learn and lead a productive and fulfilling life.
c) Hospis Malaysia mission is to provide possible services in psychological, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients who are suffering from life-limiting illness.
