The must-try Sup Kambing Merah Berempah Lamb Gearbox by Chef Syeriff Hafizal, anak kampung Tebrau, Johor. The aromatic Sup Tulang Merah has been a celebratory dish since his childhood and Chef Syeriff is giving a unique twist by having Lamb Gearbox instead of the common beef gearbox.
