You must drink green tea over coffee because it does not have any caffeine.  You will be much happier with your morning routine, and you will not crash off the caffeine that you were drinking in the past.  This is really the best thing that you can do for yourself because it changes how you feel in the morning.

You can change your whole routine when you are looking for ways to have more energy.  You have to be sure that you have made a plan that will make you feel better, help you stick to the routine, and get more sleep.  The supplements make it even easier to feel energized during the day.
