Just like any part of the body, eyelashes need vitamins and nutrients to help them grow healthy and strong. Add more of these foods to your diet to help naturally boost eyelash growth.

· Salmon is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids that stimulates growth and strengthens the eyelash shaft. The combination of fish oil and protein in the fish keeps hair in general strong and healthy.

· Biotin or Vitamin H lengthens eyelashes and also makes them thicker. In fact, the H in Vitamin H comes from the German word “Haar” which means hair. You can find it in foods such as bread, raw egg yolk, cauliflower, avocados, peanuts, liver, and raspberries.

· Folic acid strengthens hair follicles and prevents the risk of thinning eyelashes, especially with age. It also works to promote your eyelashes’ dark color. Foods high in folic acid include dark leafy greens such as spinach, collard greens, and romaine lettuce, as well as citrus fruits like papaya, oranges, and grapefruit. Beans, peas, and lentils are also high in folic acid. 

You can stimulate growth and encourage healthy lashes by brushing them at least twice a day to evenly distribute the natural oils that live on them. You can even add a few drops of petroleum jelly on your eyelash brush to add essential oils for growth.

Eyelid Massage
Everyone loves massages, and with this massage you can obtain your desired lashes. After washing your hands, use your fingers to massage in small circular motions alongyour lids and lash line. This movement will increase blood flow to stimulate the growth of your lashes.  Massage your eyelids for about five to seven minutes twice a day.
