Recently, I had a great reunion with friends at Galah Gala Seafood Restaurant. We love their fresh seafood especially their Sang Har Noodle means udang galah noodles. This seafood restaurant is Pork-Free and Alcohol-Free so we can enjoy all their good food together. Galah Gala Restaurant is coming from the root of Restaurant Green View in Petaling Jaya with over 29 years of experience.

Signature Sang Har Noodle U3 (3 Large Prawns). Galah Gala only serve top grade udang galah imported from India. The U3 udang galah is weight 350gram per prawn, U2 is weight 500gram per prawn. This is must-try and my most favourite dish.

Live Brown Marble Grouper Steamed

Live Brown Marble Grouper (Steamed | Fried with Superior Soy Sauce). We tried the steamed Live Brown Marble Grouper super fresh and juicy because its live fish and using finest ingredients in their cooking. Best is to steam it with superior sou sauce.

Premium Seafood Broth X 6 (individual serving) consists of fish maw, crabmeat, sea cucumber, dried mushroom, scallop, and superior soup.

Traditional Almond Chicken with Udang Galah Paste & Fish Paste Served with Sour Plum Sauce

Traditional Almond Chicken with Udang Galah Paste & Fish Paste Served with Sour Plum Sauce. This dish is originally a famous and traditional GuangZhou dish. It requires tedious cooking procedures, chef’s skills, and quite rare to get it now.

Here is how to prepare this dish, remove chicken skin completely then wrap it with udang galah paste and fish paste, water chestnut and carrot. Deep fry and topped with amond, crispy outside, tender inside and paired with sour plum sauce.

This dish is very unique and delicate. Its aromatic with the fragrant and crunchy almond flakes and roasted chicken, on between is the Udang Galah Paste and Fish Paste so flavourful and juicy.
