Topped with the juicy and tender iberico pork ribs and local crabs, the dish combines flavours from land and sea. When mixed all the ingredients together it tastes addictive.

|The Open Kitchen|
Overall we had a satisfying gastronomical dining experience at Coquo. All the dishes is specially curated by Chef Toni Valero using fresh local produce and inspired by local and international cultures. Definitely worth the visit if you love fine food in a casual dining ambience. I am impressed with their open kitchen plus its cozy and russet ambience with pure wooden and leather fittings.
