and many more. Recently we satisfied our cravings and had a sensational seafood
buffet at TEMPTationS, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. If you love seafood you

Let’s eats! A
celebration of crustacean and seafood dinner buffet with a succulent selection
of prime seafood. Oh wow! look at that cold selection of seafood on ice such as
freshly shucked oysters, green and Chilean black mussels, fresh tiger prawn,
slipper lobster, clams, half-shelled scallop, and bamboo clams accompanied with
shallot vinegar, cocktail sauce, lemon wedge, tabasco, horseradish and sriracha
sauce.

And here is the Live Action Stations where Executive Chef Supi Mansor and his team have also lined up a variety of delicious seafood dishes prepared on a rotation basis.

are also oyster florentine, baked dory with béchamel sauce, mozzarella cheese
& caper-butter sauce, butter prawn, steamed barramundi in light soya sauce,
baked whole salmon in rock salt crust with lemon-butter sauce, fish head curry
and more.

Apart from the
prime seafood, diners can relish in a tantalizing spread of specialty dishes that
span from East to West. Savor Japanese delights such as sushi and sashimi,
Chinese hotoff-the wok stir-fry and assorted pasta with traditional Italian
