GROW & Earth Hour @ The Mines Shopping Mall

Every initiative to save the earth be it big or small, matters! It all started from us by cultivating green lifestyle. Hey! recently we celebrated Earth Hour at The Mines Shopping Mall (The Mines) and had fun taking part at their activities, such as Pedal for Power Cycling Challenge, and also pledged to save the earth. In conjunction with Earth Hour 2018, The Mines also launched their GROW year-long campaign dedicated to nurture the young generation on climate change by encouraging them to plant, love the nature and indulge in environment real benefits. Let’s check out the fun yo!

GROW & Earth Hour @ The Mines Shopping Mall

During the Earth Hour from 830pm to 930pm, The Mines together with its participating retailers switched off the none-essential lights. Plus there were many engaging activities and educational initiatives during Earth Hour Day for example Pedal For Power cycling challenge by Celebrity Fitness, and LED violin performance at The Canal Area organized by Scoops Mediacom.

Hopefully everyone especially the children will start to take initiatives to adapt towards a more sustainable environment. We also hope that there will be more awareness about the climate change and how can we save the earth by just changing a bit of our lifestyle such as recycle, reuse and reduce.
