Ah! It’s dim sum time! Here at Dolly Dim Sum’s newest outlet at the Curve, Mutiara Damansara. Wow! congrats! Hey! do you love dim sum? You know, my family and I love dim sum and always go for dim sum brunch on weekends. Well, Dolly Dim Sum is one of our favourite choices and also my colleagues love it too.

By the way, Dolly Dim Sum now has seven outlets across Klang Valley. I love their Curve outlet décor and ambience is always an important part of Dolly Dim Sum’s dining experience and each outlet is unique in design.

Dolly at the Curve has a “resort villa” theme with bamboo slats lining the ceiling, cocoon-shaped dining booths and rattan-wooden pendant lights. The intention is to transport diners away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Whilst at Dolly’s Sunway Putra outlet diners can enjoy our dim sum in a luscious green setting of Dolly’s Garden and at Dolly Avenue-K, diners can “yumcha” in a contemporary setting of an enclosed glass teahouse, the NU Sentral and Pavilion outlets are modelled after Dolly’s house and kitchen respectively.

The kitchen serves up classic favourites such as “har gao” dumpling, roasted BBQ bun, baked egg tarts, pan-fried radish cake and signature egg custard buns as well as Dolly’s unique creations including crispy shrimp and turnip rice rolls and “bo lo” coconut buns. There is also a good variety of fried rice and noodles including our signature Royal Golden Fried Rice, Crispy Egg Seafood Noodles and Wok-fried Beef Kway Teoh.
