Poké is pronounced as Poh Keh is a traditional Hawaiian seafood delicacy originally made with fresh cubed raw fish usually seasoned with premium ingredients such as Sesame Seed Oil, Shoyu (soy sauce) and other varieties of marinate.

At Poké Bear @ Sunway Pyramid a standard Poké Bowl is priced at RM18 that comes with 1 Base, 5 Sides, 1 Poké, Unlimited Sauces and Unlimited Top It Off. You can also add on the sides, Poké and special topping too. Let’s start to create our own Poké, just pick and choose what we want on the order form.

For base we have choices like white rice, brown rice and salad. I go for the salad and I chose 5 sides like tamago, edamame, sweetcorn, almond, cherry tomatoes. I like avocado and kimchi sauces. You can choose as many top it off as you like, I go for ebiko, seaweed, seaweed flakes, ginger, sesame seeds, spring onions, and wasabi. Tadah!!! it’s ready.

Overall, what I like about Poké Bear is the freshness of their raw salmon and other seafood as well, there is no marination at all. The fresh salmon melts in my mouth and the whole combination is so satisfying.

Usually I will request for a bit of sauce only because I prefer the original taste. Their salmon and tuna are imported from sustainable sources to deliver the most authentic Hawaiian Poké experience available in Malaysia.
