Garden salad with orange, cherry tomatoes, roasted almond and chia seeds

I added the freshly peeled navel orange on a bed of greens, cherry tomatoes, topped up with roasted almonds and sprinkle some chia seeds on top. After adding the navel orange I don’t have to add any salad dressing because the orange gives a natural tanginess and sweetness.

  1. We also tried making our own yogurt and mixed it with blueberries. Adding chia seeds and mixed nuts would be a nice crunch to the texture. Citrus fruits that are fresh are always a welcome addition to our diet.

  2. Health is wealth and your post is really a great motivation for readers to be aware of their body health condition. I also rather choose to eat citrus fruits than take tablets for vitamins. Great post and I absolutely love your photos.

  3. I like citrusy taste in my savory food. I like lemon or orange chicken very much. I also like citrus in my salads to break the monotony of taste.
