Earth Day Project: Plant Brazilian Spinach at Home

Earth Day Project: Plant Brazilian Spinach at Home

Happy Earth Day! My Earth Day Project for this year is to plant this Brazilian Spinach in my mini garden. Hopefully it will grow faster and more so that I can make spinach juice for my breakfast or salad. I got this little Brazilian Spinach Plant from The Body Shop's free saplings event. This year The Body Shop and collaborates with Free Tree Society to giveaway 2000 saplings at two different location - eCurve and Setia City Mall.

You know there were 25 different species of plants to choose such as Durian Tree, Brazilian Spinach, Longevity Spinach, Lakatan Banana and manay more. At last I decided on this Brazilian Spinach because its easy to take care and grow fast plus I can eat this veg also. Hopefully my plant will grow and grow more.

What is Brazilian Spinach and how to care for this plant?

The Free Tree Society volunteers also explained or briefed us on how to care for our plant. Meantime, you can also check out the The Top 10 Common Indoor Green Plants For Clean Air

Hopefully more and more people will take the initiative to in creating a sustainable and greener environment by planting trees, re-using and recycling products and educating the younger generation about the importance of caring for our mother nature.

  6. Those who enjoy cooking are always on the lookout for herbs to use in their recipes. Since herbs are small in size, it is easy to grow them inside the house. viparspectra
