Last month I followed the Grindz Meal Plan ~ 4 Grindz Day and 1 Booz Day and incorporated some of their products such as Apple Clenz and Booz Tea in my daily diet. Despite of all the celebration feasts and food reviews I am able to maintain my weight.

4 Grindz Day and 1 Booz Day
Grindz Meal Plan is designed in a way of 4 days diet designed to lose body fat in a healthy way while maintaining the lean muscle based on gender and weight.
1. Drink a minimum of 3 liters of water each day
2. Avoid processed food, sugary drinks, deep fried food and alcohol.
3. No portion restriction on the consumptions of vegetables
4. Minimize the sauce intake

What I usually do on the 4 Grindz day, I will eat oats, wholemeal bread, and fruits for my breakfast. As for lunch and dinner, I take as many vegetables as I can and a portion of lean mean.

Throughout out the whole duration, I consume 1 sachet of Apple Clenz and 1 sachet of Booz Tea daily. I usually take the Apple Clenz in the morning after my breakfast and Booz Tea during my lunch. Its very easy to prepare just add 1 sachet into 200ml water, stir and drink it. The Apple Clenz taste like apple juice, not too sweet it just right. And the Booz Tea is like a light green tea, throat soothing and not sweet at all. I love to drink both of them. 

On the 5th day is my Booz Day or so called cheat day. I can Enjoy The Good Food Like a King! On that day I can eat what I like even nasi lemak, banana leaf rice, cheese cake or curry laksa. The 5th day is designed to maximize the metabolic rate while allowing us to enjoy the best food.

According to Grindz Meal Plan, taking off from a diet plan and consuming high carbs food will raise levels of satiety hormones that send signals to our brain to flip a switch which stimulate appetite and turns up metabolism.

  3. Oats and fruits for breakfast! I'm doing the same as well. The best way to enjoy food of course is to include a workout plan in your lifestyle. That should help in any existing eating plans that you have. Cheers!

  5. alot of these things tell u to drink lots water and avoid all the unhealthy stuff.. same thing if u not taking these detox tea stuff.. but i guess it has some added vitamins and has its own benefits to it... but losing weight.. u still have to do the traditional way...
