The interior of Union Bistrot is crafted for elegance and comfort, providing a luxurious backdrop that complements the sophisticated ethos of the brand. Three different zones, namely Alfresco, Main Dining & Orchid Conservatory, have been designed based on the concept “Fresh in the Air”, achieving the balance between its urban setting and natural environment. 

With seating for 58 guests per event, the space offers a warm and inviting ambience that perfectly complements the exploration of gourmet cuisine for different purpose.

Union Bistrot's vision extends beyond traditional dining, aiming to create unforgettable, sensory experiences that captivate and inspire guests. To kick start this vision, Union Bistrot is introducing their proprietary “Curiosity Dining”, using only emojis on the menu to represent signature dishes that capture the essence of its innovative culinary vision.

For those curious to know more, the menu is open for the public only from 9 to 27 May. Union Bistrot is ready to serve the community, for business meetings, gatherings and various special occasions. Offerings include High Tea sets, degustation experiences and chef’s table menu.
