We only perform the movement that we feel comfortable and within our natural physical limits.
There are 3 levels of QiFlow courses in order to gradually understand and integrate the subtle knowledge Qi Energies. I am now only at the basic of level 1. According to Mirjana we can practice QiGong anywhere and everywhere, even when we are stuck in the traffic jam, we can do the breathing exercise and simple steps to reduce our stress.
With regular practice even as short as 5 minutes a day we can be more supple, toned and energetic. Therefore QiGong is flexible and suits our busy lifestyle, it’s the kind of exercise that we can practice in any environment and anytime. But if we have more time of course it would be more beneficial of we could complete a 60 minutes QiGong exercise.
After the QiGong class, I continue to practice the simple steps at home, work and even in my car. Learning the right technique of breathing is very important because will regulate the oxygen and blood flow in our body. Overall after the QiGong class I felt very happy and calm. Besides, I can focus better and my energy improves because more oxygen or QI in me.
