Travelling from Sichuan, Chefs Luo (罗强) and Lin (林叶斌) offer their accumulated culinary expertise: Executive Chef Luo has catered for grand events including banquets for United Nations summits and the World Games in Chengdu; and Chef Lin, with experiences centred in Chengdu, a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, specialises in enticing Sichuan-style roasts.
