Located along a 650-metre beachfront on Langkawi’s western coast, the official launch marks the resort’s full commercial debut following its soft opening earlier this year. The opening aligns with the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign, elevating the island’s position as a premier international leisure and MICE destination.
A Royal Occasion
His Royal Highness was joined by Royal Family members, including Tuanku Raja Muda Kedah and Tuanku Raja Puan Muda Kedah, alongside Kedah Menteri Besar Yang Amat Berhabagia Dato' Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor and representatives from Tradewinds Corporation Berhad.
The Royal launch follows remarks made by the Sultan during His 84th birthday investiture ceremony:
"Langkawi's true strength lies in its natural treasures and unique heritage." — HRH Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, Sultan of Kedah
His Royal Highness called for the island to be developed according to its own distinct identity rather than imitating other regional destinations.
