The cookies feature a sweet creme that remixes the flavours of hotteok—the warm, brown sugar–stuffed pancakes that are a staple of Korean street food markets. Turns out, the guys have fond childhood memories of eating both hotteok and OREO cookies, making this collaboration incredibly close to their hearts.
