Sawadekha! During my recent trip to Bangkok, I discovered an exciting Japanese dining experience at Sushi Katsu; located at Siam Takashimaya in ICONSIAM Bangkok. They serve fresh, quality, and authentic Japanese sushi. I love their casual counter style dining ambience.

Upon arrival we were greeted by their staff and then started to check out their menu, there are so many items that are so tempting. Finally decided and here are the food that I tried.

silky smooth and dense tofu with fresh greens drizzle with Chef specialty salad sauce. Love this refreshing salad to kick start my meal.

thick tender, slightly smoky unagi with vinegared rice definitely tantalized my tastebud.

Maguro Zukushi
comes with 4 types of Maguro such as Ottoro, Chutoro, Akami, Negitoro; each piece just melts in my mouth. By the way, watching the Chef so focus when he prepares each sushi makes me appreciate it more.

Tenkomori Donburi
their best seller with generous portions of freshest ingredients such as salmon, uni, salmon roe, tuna, tamago, scallop and more. A bowl loaded with goodness to satisfy my cravings. This is a must try and the portion is really generous. Look at the thick and chunky pieces of salmon, tuna, and more.

Overall, I had a fun and fulfilling dining experience at Sushi Katsu, Siam Takashimaya. The Tenkomori Donburi is a must try, so fresh and satisfying with the generous, thick, and fresh ingredients. If you are in Bangkok and craving for Japanese sushi, do check out Sushi Katsu.
