Well, unlike some industries are affected by the winds of economic and solo-political changes, we see that the beauty and personal care industry has grown from strength to strength. This is one of the resilient industries that have earned its “recession proof” status. Because we still want to look good and feel great, always.

Nowhere is this more evident than in Asia where sales are estimated to exceed US$ 150 billion by 2017. (Data from market intelligence firm, Euromonitor International). Leading the way is Japan, with the highest per capital spending and sales figure on skin care and beauty products. The advanced technology relating to skin care products was introduced at Japan Beauty Week. Innovations will continue to meet the needs of the ever-evolving world.
The
event ends with a dinner reception and networking session hosted by JCIA and
