Instead of a standard hotel walkthrough, guests are invited to move through three interactive spaces, each showcasing a different slice of contemporary Malaysian life.

1. The Kitchen: A Taste of Malaysia

No Malaysian home is complete without a bustling kitchen. Here, guests can get hands-on with a culinary workshop led by MEA KL's Head Chef, Parthiban Nalliah. You’ll get to learn the techniques and stories behind a beloved local street food favorite: Popiah Basah (fresh spring rolls). It’s interactive, delicious, and the perfect introduction to our local flavors.

2. The Living Room: Stories from Home

The living room features 'A Little Piece of Malaysia' Postcard Bar by Kozie Krafts. It’s a dedicated creative corner where you can design personalized postcards using locally inspired illustrations, stamps, and decorative elements. It’s such a thoughtful way to capture your travel memories and mail a piece of Malaysia back to loved ones.

3. The Bedroom: Malaysia's Favourite House Guest

This might be my absolute favorite touch! In the bedroom, you can participate in a quirky Oyen Bath Bomb Painting Workshop by Wunderbath. For anyone unfamiliar, "Oyen" (short for orange) is Malaysia’s affectionately chaotic, beloved orange cat icon. Painting your own Oyen bath bomb brings a perfect touch of local humor and wellness into a memorable keepsake.

Chef Parthiban Nalliah has reimagined familiar, comforting childhood favorites with a contemporary twist. The absolute star of the menu is Chef Parthiban’s Coastal Curry—a rich, aromatic curry packed with red snapper, lady’s fingers, eggplant, and tomatoes. It perfectly captures the bold, communal spirit of Malaysian dining.
