Slow Cooked Dragon Garoupa Fillet

Slow Cooked Dragon Garoupa Fillet

Most of the Chinese auspicious occasions there will be fish because it the symbol of prosperity. Therefore we take our fish dish very seriously. This Slow-Cooked Dragon Garoupa Fillet is one of the Cantonese delicacies that is inspired by the Guangdong region of China. Every bite is silky smooth, soft and I can taste the sweetness of the fish with wolfberries and the crunchy baby kailan.

Not only it is delicious but also nutritious source of fiber, vitamins, minerals and amino acids plus the peach resins is rich is collagen almost the same nutrient content as bird’s nest. I don’t mind another serving of this dessert because it is so delicious and after this I can look younger, wahhhh!
