To me the simmer way of cooking is healthier, the food is not fried, nor deep fried and there are a lot of assorted vegetables in the pot. Using juices from over ten nutritious vegetables, and sauces, it makes the dish flavorful and mouth-watering without using a drop of water.

After a while the sauce became thicker we can request to add some soup to the pot and it becomes soupy like steamboat. Then add on the fish balls or side orders and continue to enjoy the soup.
