afternoon tea-break. Malaysia’s first specialist brownies store Brownies Bar by
The Accidental Bakers has opened at the newly launched Pavilion Elite.
Offering more than 15 flavours of brownies and blondies, this new concept was
developed by former corporate rats turned full time bakers Ee-Lyn Tan and Hazwan
Yazit.

I have tried 4 flavours of their brownies such as the signature
dark chocolate, salted caramel, peppermint and fruitcake brownies. Every bite is
moist, dense, fudgy, and satisfying. The chocolate is really rich and intense,
if you like it this way. By the way, their dark chocolate brownie is one of
their best-selling flavours since they started this business in 2011, out of their
home kitchens.

Brownies Bar by Accidental Bakers menu currently reflects 15 of
their best-selling dark chocolate and white chocolate brownies as well as
limited edition flavours for festive occasions. Brownies Bar also offers a customisable
option offering customers the choice of designing their brownies or blondies
with a wide selection of sauces and toppings.
Since the opening of their first brick and mortar store on 9
December 2016, their best-selling flavours include their signature dark
chocolate, salted caramel, sea salt almond, Nutella and gula Melaka cheesecake brownies.
