Guardian Customers’ Choice Awards 2013 Winners

Well, Guardian has been running this Customers’ Choice Awards for the 13th consecutive years by paying tribute to top of the line brands for health and beauty products chosen by its customers. Remember in April I blogged about the Guardian Customers’ Choice Awards Contest. Just before Raya, I attended Guardian Customers’ Choice Awards announcement and prize presentation at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.


It serves as a great platform to increase brand equity among Guardian’s customers and also to recognize brand building as an integral part of business investment for both the brand owner and Guardian. The winning brands were selected by guardian’s customers through the “vote & win” contest held in April. This year continues to be an encouraging year with an overwhelming response from the customers where we received in access of 10,000 qualified entries received nationwide.



The awards were participated by more than 200 brands and 300 products ranging from hair care, face care, personal care, cosmetics, beauty, hygiene, supplements & medication, mother and child products, confectionery, home & accessories and also new categories. L’Oreal Paris won the Top Voted Brand in Guardian Customers' Choice Awards 2013.

Apart from showing appreciation to the brand owners by creating a platform to quantify the popularity of their brands, Guardian Customers’ Choice Award also gives customers an opportunity to vote for their favorite brands and win fabulous prizes while doing it.

Guardian Customers’ Choice Awards Winners took home prizes worth more than RM150,000 in the “vote & win” contest and one lucky winner will walk away with a brand new Honda CR-Z Hybrid 1.5L.
